Netflix movie and tv reviews (watched over Quarantine)

I have watched a crazy amount of Netflix movies and tv shows over quarantine, so I thought I would share my input on what to watch and what not to watch.

Dear John: 4 out 5 stars

First time I watched this movie, I was in free period in the atrium and I cried it was sad. Sister Betty walked in and sat across from me I realized I need to stop crying, even though Channing Tatum is amazing. Overall, great movie, but little disappointed by the end. still great ending though.

After: 4 out of 5 stars

Once again, great movie. The beginning was great then the end just fell off. Everyone at Ursuline probably already watched it the day it came out because let us face it word travels fast especially when you have a ton of school work and find the newest Netflix movie is more important than the 10 missing assignments.

Love Rosie: 3.5 out of 5 stars

ok don’t get me wrong good movie, kinda weird. Would I recommend? If you haven’t already seen the first two movies then I guess I would recommend. Best to watch during the late night hours when your sleep schedule is thrown off during quarantine.

Be Somebody: 0.5 out 5 stars

This movie is a rip off of Disney channel’s Starstruck. I still questioned why I watched this whole movie. I think I believed it would get better. it didn’t. The only reason I gave it half a star is because the effort was there for the movie. It just wasn’t Starstruck though. Starstruck just has a great soundtrack and it’s just a better movie. Overall, getting out of this review: watch Starstruck.

Perks of being a Wallflower: 4.2 out of 5 stars

Decent movie. I was interested most of time. Pretty good beginning was a bit boring but it gets good. I would watch again definitely.

Irreplaceable You: 2 out of 5 stars

This movie was not very good, kinda disappointed. It was a Netflix original’s, which I believe usually are great or pretty bad. Definitely on the worse side of movies. Just boring and story line wasn’t great.

Outer Banks: 5 out of 5 stars

Quality content. Netflix did a fantastic job with this show. Constantly kept you on the edge of your seat and was bingeing the show every chance I could. When the next season comes out you will not see many teenagers for at least a day until they watch and complete season 2. If you have not watched this show, you need to start ASAP.

All American: 5 out of 5 stars

Another great show. I had to put this review up even though many girls have already seen this fabulous show. This show I watched at an alarming rate and should not be able to finish 2 seasons this quickly. season 3 could not come any slower.
